Refund and Cancellation Policy

Operating under exclusive license from Prana Diabetes Inc. (d/b/a HabitNu)

1. Cooling‑Off Window. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no coaching session or physician consultation has been delivered.

2. Non‑Refundable Scenarios. Completed sessions, partially used subscription periods, digital downloads, or abuse of promotional offers are non‑refundable.

3. Technical Errors and Duplicate Charges. If a platform error or duplicate charge occurs, we will refund affected fees after verification.

4. How to Request. Email support@thrivanahealth.in with order ID, payment proof, and reason.

5. Processing Time. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in temporary suspension while we investigate.

7. Legal Basis. This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e‑commerce rules.
