Can family members share one account?
Each program member requires an individual account for personalized care and data privacy. However, family plan enrollments receive coordinated support - your dietitians can collaborate on shared meal planning while maintaining separate health tracking and consultation schedules.

Does the app integrate with fitness trackers or other health apps?
Yes. HabitNu integrates with Apple Health, Withings, Garmin, Fitbit and other popular fitness platforms for automatic activity and biometric syncing. This enables your dietitian to see comprehensive data for more informed guidance.

What if I have technical issues with the app?

Can I track my progress in the app?
Yes. The app includes: weight and measurement logging, meal photo uploads, medication tracking (if applicable), hydration monitoring, activity integration, lab result storage and progress visualization with charts showing your transformation journey over time.

Is my health data secure and private?
Yes. HabitNu is compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023) and international healthcare data standards. All information is encrypted, stored securely and never shared without explicit consent. Our US operations maintain HIPAA compliance for enterprise clients requiring it.

Thrive Pro includes physician consultation, prescription support (if medically appropriate) and temperature-controlled medication delivery across serviceable areas. We partner with licensed pharmacies ensuring authentic medications with proper handling. Medication costs are separate from program fees.

Yes. You can upgrade to any tier to begin GLP-1 therapy. You can also downgrade once medication support is no longer needed. Your dietitian or support team can help with adjustments at the end of the recurring billing cycle.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Refund eligibility varies by tier and is described in your enrollment agreement.

Does HabitNu accept insurance?
Not yet. We are in active discussions with Indian insurers. For now, HabitNu is private-pay. We provide invoices and documentation that you may submit to your insurer depending on your policy terms.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and digital wallets through our secure payment partner, Razorpay. International payments are supported for NRI family enrollments.

Your professionally qualified dietitian will discuss your medical history, lifestyle routines, food preferences, and goals.
