Intellectual Property (IP) Notice

1. Ownership. HabitNu is registered Trademarks of  Prana Diabetes Inc. (d/b/a HabitNu. Unless stated otherwise, the Website/mobile App is our proprietary property and all content, software, design, source code, databases, video, audio, photographs, graphics, illustrations, creative suggestions, messages, comments, feedback, ideas, notes, drawings, articles and any other content or other materials on the Website/mobile App (collectively referred to as “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (collectively referred to as “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

2. Limited User Rights. Users receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to access the Services for lawful purposes. 

3. Restrictions. The Content and the Marks provided on the Website/mobile App are “AS IS” for Users information and personal use only. Users and partners may not copy, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or create derivative works of any part of the Website/mobile App its Content or Marks or otherwise exploit it for any commercial purpose whatsoever in whole or in part.

4. Partner Clinics. Clinics and physicians may not rebrand, replicate, sublicense, or create derivative programs based on HabitNu or Thrivana IP.

5. Enforcement. Unauthorized use may result in suspension, termination, and legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

6. Survival. These IP obligations survive termination of your account or access.
